What you'll do: create your practice account, sign in, invite a patient by email or text, and review their results — all from your dashboard. Sign-in is passwordless: you'll get a 6-digit code each day.

Open your practice account
Home page → Clinician or Administrator? Sign in here → New practice? Open an account. Enter your clinic name, your name, work email, practice type, and address. Choose a sign-in access code (4–12 characters) and a backup phone. Your promo code is generated automatically. Click Create my account.

Log in
Home page → Clinician → type your work email → choose Email or Text → Send my 6-digit code. Enter the code and you're on your dashboard. No password — the code is asked once per day, per device.

Enter a patient & create the request
On your dashboard, find Order an assessment for a new patient. Enter the patient's name and email, then click Generate shareable link. The link carries your promo code, so the patient is tied to your practice.

Send it by email or text
Share the one-tap link with your patient by email or text message. It appears under Pending invitations on your dashboard until they complete it.

Receive & review the results
When the patient finishes, they move to Recent assessments with scores and severity. Open a patient for the full report, trend chart, and longitudinal tracking. Your dashboard also shows panel score distribution and analytics.

Helpful to know
Set a default reassessment cadence (e.g., every 4 weeks); override it for any patient who needs closer tracking.
