Pricing

The M3 assessment is provided at no charge to Original Medicare members. For all other users, the assessment is $11, payable by credit card, HSA, or FSA. We email an itemized receipt you can submit to your HSA/FSA plan administrator.

Before you start

You can cancel at any time before you begin the assessment for a full refund. If you have paid but have not yet generated your report, contact us and we will refund the full amount.

After your report is generated

Because the assessment delivers your personal report immediately as a digital product, the service is considered delivered once your report is generated. If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or experienced a technical problem that prevented you from receiving your report, contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

HSA / FSA payments

Refunds for payments made with an HSA or FSA card are returned to the same account used at checkout. Eligibility for HSA/FSA reimbursement is determined by your plan administrator.

How to request a refund

Email our support team with the email address used at checkout and the date of your assessment. Please note: not every email can be answered individually, but refund and billing requests are reviewed promptly.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through M3MentalHealth.org. Purchases made through a third-party marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace's return and refund policies.
